Serenity - 2005

Very cool film. Though the girl is not developed enough, kind of spoilt it I suppose it's a mysterious past thing but still you need more than a line about her learning "combat training". Though once the story got going it was easy to forgive this! Joss Wheldon should be proud but it could of been so much better and the fights are a bit too buffy. Space battle is a little short. As the story develops though it is a perfect sci-fi film with twists and turns all through, you just have to forgive the bits with the psychic girl in. Worth seeing if your missing sci-fi after the conclusion of star wars and most people will like this film, I just never connected with the main character making it seem a bit distant
