Pride and Prejudice - 2005

Now being a man I may be a bit biased. For Keira Knightley this is one of her better performances but she is a bit giggly for our liking. It is a classical story told very well and females will love it especially if they like the original source material. Theres something there for film students too with the focus being pulled a lot mid sequence to blatantly focus on other parts of the shot. A very good watch with a Mr Darcy who looks not unlike Alan Rickman and the dame in every British film (I think ever) Judy Dench! So just go watch and make up your own damn mind I found it quite agreeable (although the beginning is a bit too giggly)
